Susan has completed the first leg of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. 

Leaving from London she arrived in Uruguay after 28 days on board.  That’s 28 days of very little sleep, sail damage, ‘the Doldrums’, thunder, lightning and horrendous storms, and a boat that was very rarely horizontal!  And after a few days rest she has clambered back aboard and they are now onto leg two, setting off from Punta del Este in Uruguay and heading to Cape Town in South Africa.
