Tynedale Hospice at Home was founded in 1993 and today we provide three vital services to the communities of Tynedale, West Northumberland and Ponteland.
Unlike many hospices, Tynedale Hospice at Home’s nursing care is provided in the home where the patient and their families can be surrounded by familiar comforts and can be cared for in a place of their choosing.
Job Title: Head of Finance and Resources (Part-time, permanent)
Hours: 3.5 days/week (26.25 hours)
Location: Hexham, Northumberland

We are seeking an experienced, qualified accountant who will lead a small team of skilled professionals to manage organisational finances, property, HR, H&S.
Part-qualified applicants will be considered but must have substantial experience of Management Accounting.

Job Title: Hospice Support Worker
Hours: Must be able to offer a minimum of 20 hours per month to include nightshifts, weekend working and Bank Holidays.
Location: Community of Tynedale, Scots Gap and Ponteland
Being diagnosed with a life limiting illness can be a daunting experience for many people and being cared for in their own home can make a big difference. We are looking for motivated hospice support workers who are committed to delivering high quality end of life care. We are especially keen to recruit staff for night duty and weekends. Experience in community work, palliative and end of life care is desirable but not essential. This post would be ideal for staff who wish to choose flexible working patterns.
