Remember a Loved One

Celebrate the life of someone special by making a gift in their memory.

The death of a loved one is never easy and each of us handles grief differently; there is no wrong, or right, way to remember those special to you.

Many families may choose to make a donation in memory of a loved one and we feel immensely privileged to benefit from such kind generosity during such a difficult time.

Every donation given in memory of a loved one is special and at Tynedale Hospice at Home, we could not be more grateful for these unique gifts which allow us to continue supporting those who need us the most in our local community. We hope that it brings you comfort, knowing that your donations make such a difference.

There are a number of different ways in which you can support Tynedale Hospice at Home while also honouring the life of someone special to you.

Join us at our Light up a Life Services

The loss of a loved one is felt throughout the year, but we know that the festive season can be an especially painful time of year. Our Light up a Life campaign aims to provide an opportunity to come together, reflect and to celebrate the lives of loved ones who are no longer with us.

Each December we hold a number of special services across West Northumberland which are free to attend for all, regardless of whether your loved one used the services of Tynedale Hospice at Home. There is also the option to make a special dedicated donation as part of our Light up a Life campaign, where you will receive a special commemorative card, keepsake and your loved one will be featured on our online dedication  page.

Information regarding our 2026 Light Up A Life campaign will be released soon.
