Tynedale Hospice at Home offers wraparound home-based care and support for adults with palliative needs or undergoing treatment for life-limiting conditions and people of all ages needing pre or post-bereavement support. We serve a mostly rural and semi-rural community of almost 70,000 people. Many will have a connection with the Hospice through family, friends, neighbours or colleagues.
Community is at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to allowing people to remain at home in familiar surroundings regardless of their prognosis. If you share our values and investment in the local community, there’s lots of ways to work together.
In return we’ll promote your company’s involvement with the charity through our own channels – both digital and our bi-annual printed newsletter to supporters. We can also help you gain coverage in local and regional press raising awareness and positive publicity for your business.

Charity of the Year
Engage staff and the local community by nominating Tynedale Hospice at Home as your Charity of the Year. Partnering with us over a longer period has greater impact for us and gives your business the chance to promote the relationship both internally and throughout the community, enhancing corporate image. It also provides a more strategic opportunity to deliver against your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals.

How you can help us
- CORPORATE SPONSOR: Sponsor one of our care services or a fun event that helps us raise money
- PAYROLL GIVING: Set up Payroll Giving / Give as you Earn to allow staff to make regular tax-free donations directly from their salary each month. Every pound donated will only cost the employee 80p - or 60p, if a higher rate taxpayer.
- COLLECTION TINS: Tins help raise awareness about of the charity and are a public way to show your support. They cost nothing for you to display and we’ll visit you to replace them regularly. All the pennies will add up and make a difference. Each year we collect over £5,000 this way.
- VOLUNTEERING: Corporate volunteering days can help staff moral
- FUNDRAISE: Host and event on our behalf or take part in a sponsored challenge.
Donate online
You can pay in corporate donations online. Or if you have a collection tin or cheque, we can visit your business or you are welcome to drop it in to our office.Â
